Canada Day is always a busy, but fun day. It is so neat to get together with thousands of other people to celebrate our nation's birthday!

The parade was remarkably good this year! We almost didn't go, but sometimes you just don't mess with tradition.

While at the waterfront waiting to watch the fireworks, we saw an unusual sight. We are used to seeing lots and lots of dogs, but this was a surprise!

The fireworks were spectacular! One of the best shows we've seen yet! And so ended another fun day celebrating the birthday of the true north strong and free. We are indeed blessed to live in such a beautiful country. Happy Canada Day!
