Chuck the Bloodhound | Sarnia Lambton County Pet Portrait Photographers

Despite his formidable size, Chuck is one of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet. If you pet him, he leans all his weight into you and begs for more lovin'! He's also very quiet -- until he sees something of great interest. Then he has this awesome baying voice true to the bloodhound breed. At only one year old, he loves to play and run, his great big ears flapping as he goes!

He was rather confused by the camera in front of my face. He desperately wanted to give me a big wet kiss!

It was a very chilly Saturday morning, but thankfully there was no wind until later in the day.We had a great time despite the cooler weather. The fall colours were at their height and we took advantage of that in many of the photos. I am very thankful for a park that is so conducive to portraits!




Thank you everyone for coming out and braving the chilly weather. Our shoots are almost complete. Now it's time to begin working on the finished product!

An Explanation for Lack of and Missing Sections of Posting.

I am behind in posting here due to the fact that our main computer had some issues. It now has a new hard drive, but the old hard drive is still in the shop because the files in the F drive will not transfer. Any guesses as to what is on the F drive?? Yes! Every. Single. One. Of our photos!! Thankfully we have all but one shoot and a bunch of personal photos backed up to our external hard drive. I am praying that we will get all the files back though because the one shoot is a very important one -- and our clients have already seen the photos for that one.

In the end, it's just one BIG reminder to back up every shoot immediately, or don't delete your cards until you have done so!!

Eventually, I hope to have all the photos of the missed days -- and that awesome shoot on here, but until then there will be missed dates.

Because this is a moment we don't want to remember ;o)...

Liia is a Bernese Mountain Dog. She belongs to Murray's brother, sister-in-law, and family. She may be large, but once she gets over the excitement of visitors, she just wants some lovin'!

We went home to Murray's parents for Thanksgiving. In the spring Mama Kitty (the white one) had two kittens. They survived and have turned into two of the most beautiful cats I have ever seen. Sleek and healthy. I couldn't resist getting some photos of them.
